Joanne | Office Manager
Joanne started her dental career with Dr. Belluomini in 1993 as a dental assistant. Over the past 30 plus years her dental path has led her to move out of the Bay area where she moved from a dental assistant, to a receptionist, then to treatment coordinating and then back to the Bay Area where she became an office manager for the past 16 years. Her experience throughout the many roles in the dental office has helped her have a better understanding of how valuable each moving part of the practice is.
3 years ago she returned back to Dr. Belluomini’s office, or should she say back home, to help manage the office as they transitioned to the new location in San Bruno. Joanne’s top priority is to make sure that both the patient’s and the staff have a pleasant and very cohesive relationship. Without this, a warm and successful inviting practice cannot exist.
In her spare time Joanne enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters, friends and family. She enjoys crafting, going to sporting events to cheer on the 49ers, SF Giants, and Warriors (Like a Dentist you know) and most of all SHOPPING FOR SHOES!

Marlene | Treatment Coordinator
My name is Marlene and I am the treatment coordinator at Bay Shore Smiles. I have been the treatment coordinator for over 30 years. I am responsible for letting our patients know their treatment cost. I check our patient’s insurance and try to inform them of the best way to maximize their insurance and complete their treatment. Insurance’s can be a bit challenging at times for patients. I try my best to explain the insurance benefits to our patients so they are always aware of what their insurance will pay and their estimated copay will be. I have met many wonderful patient’s doing this job. I feel very fortunate to work at a place that I enjoy going to every day.

Linda | RDH
I am a dedicated dental hygienist with 37 years of experience in general dentistry. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health Education along with my Dental Hygiene degree, and I’ve built my career around promoting oral health and helping patients of all ages achieve confident, healthy smiles. I’m known for my gentle approach and thorough care, and I truly enjoy educating patients on proper oral hygiene while creating personalized care plans that support long-term wellness.
Beyond the practice, I am deeply committed to community service. I volunteered for five years with the Colgate Mobile Dental Van, providing free preventive care and education to underserved communities throughout the Bay Area. I also served on the state Dental Hygiene Board, where I contributed to advancing professional standards and patient safety.
When I'm not caring for smiles, I enjoy scrapbooking family memories, creative projects, and dancing to lively rhythms of zydeco music.

Nancy | RDH
Hi! I'm a registered dental hygienist with two years of experience and a big passion for helping patients maintain strong, healthy smiles. I love what I do—from providing thorough cleanings to supporting long-term gum health through preventive care.
I'm naturally outgoing and love connecting with patients (yes, I'm a talker ;; ). My goal is always to help patients feel relaxed, comfortable, and confident in the chair—even if the dentist isn't usually their favorite place to be. I believe a positive attitude, good conversation, and a little laughter can make all the difference.
One of the most rewarding experiences of my career was volunteering in Turks and Caicos, where I helped provide free dental care to underprivileged communities. It was incredibly fulfilling and reinforced my love for helping others through compassionate, patient-centered care.
Outside of dentistry, I'm a proud cat lover, professional nap enthusiast, and someone who fully believes naps are a personality trait. If I'm not cuddling a cat or catching some sleep, I'm probably talking (because let's be honest—I love to talk).

Vicky | Receptionist
I have been in the dental field for over a decade. I began as an RDA and transitioned to the administrative sector of the dental office. I absolutely have a passion for making people feel welcomed, comfortable and cared for, from the initial call they make to the completion of treatment. My goal is to make their dental treatment experience stress free and exceed expectations by not only meeting their oral health needs but also providing expert care that makes them feel at ease.
Outside of work, I value quality time with my family and friends. I unwind by cooking and dining, but my passion is outdoors. If I’m not at the field, watching my sons play, I’m walking, hiking or biking. Having worked for Dr. Belluomini for as long as I have, I have met wonderful people along the way from coworkers to patients etc.. I’m grateful, not only for my family but also for my work family.

Yazmin | Receptionist
Hi, my name is Yazmin but everyone calls me Yaz.
I started working at Bayshore smiles 3 years ago, but have always been involved in the dental scene thanks to my family. I am the friendly face you see at the front desk when you walk in. My goal is to make sure every patient feels welcomed, comfortable and relaxed when entering our front doors from the time they check in to when they check out.
I am originally from Salinas, California and a 45 min drive from Monterey Bay aquarium. I moved up to the Bay Area back in 2013 for Art school and ending up in a different form of art, the art of dental.
In my free time I enjoy going on hikes down the coast and runs with my dog Haley, she’s a beautiful Belgium Malinois mix. I also put that good art school training by doing plein air painting at golden gate park, baking/cooking, and making clay dolls.

Alondra | Receptionist
Hi there! My name is Alondra, as the front office I’m committed to ensure a welcoming visit at Bayshore Smiles. I may be a new face to some patients but I’ve been working alongside Dr. Russo since 2021. I transitioned with Dr. Belluomini’s office in 2023 and it’s been excellent. This experience has given me a greater understanding of dental procedures and patient needs. Outside of the office, I enjoy working out and taking walks with my dog Luna.

Mimi | Schedule Coordinator
I have been officially part of Bayshore Smiles since 2016, but as Dr. Belluomini’s daughter, I practically grew up in this office. Through the years, I’ve made lasting connections here, where my coworkers feel like family and the office feels like a home away from home. In my current role, I wear many hats—I assist at the front desk, help our office manager with whatever she may need, and coordinate insurance for the hygiene schedule. Interacting with our patients is a daily highlight for me; these small moments often make my whole day.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cooking, baking, going to the movies, trying DIY projects, and relaxing with a good book or show. I also enjoy celebrating the seasons by planning holiday activities, coordinating office spirit weeks, and creating special events for our team.
Thanks for taking a moment to read a bit about me—I look forward to seeing you in the office!
